Woman carjacked in Rosedale, man robbed while driving in Carney

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported in recent days.

At 3:30 a.m. on May 24, an individual broke into a storage shed in the 12300-block of Belair Road in Kingsville (21087).  The suspect stole property from a business, then fled the scene.

At around 11:15 a.m. on Monday, June 7, a man was driving his vehicle in the area of Old Harford Road at Satyr Hill Road in Carney (21234) when two suspects pulled up next to him and told him his car was smoking. When the victim pulled over, the suspects assaulted him and robbed him of his money.



At just before 2:30 p.m. on Monday, a woman was sitting in her vehicle in the 6400-block of Petrie Way in Rosedale (21237) when an individual opened her car door and ordered her to exit her vehicle. The suspect, along with a second suspect, then fled the scene in the victim’s car.

At 11 p.m. on Monday, a known individual assaulted another individual in the 8200-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237).  The suspect then stole the victim’s cash and cell phone. The cell phone was later recovered.
