WHITE MARSH, MD—When a Baltimore County police officer noticed that traffic had suddenly come to a standstill along Campbell Boulevard earlier this month, he got out of his patrol car to investigate.
Upon doing so, he discovered that a family of ducks was in need of assistance.
Rather than crying, “fowl,” the officer decided to assist.
