ROSEDALE, MD—Two suspects are in police custody following a pair of burglaries in the Rosedale area.
At just before 2:45 a.m. on Friday, May 7, officers responded to an alarm at the Rosedale Library, located in the 8200-block of Old Philadelphia Road (21237). Upon arrival, officers found that a window had been smashed and saw a suspect exiting the building. A foot chase ensued and the suspect was apprehended shortly thereafter.
Police recovered cash and other property from the suspect.
At just after 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 9, police responded to an alarm call in the 8200-block of Old Philadelphia Road (21237). Officers arrived at the scene and found a suspect inside the home.
The suspect was taken into police custody.
