PERRY HALL, MD—A special community event will be held in Perry Hall next month.
Perry Hall Together will be held on Saturday, May 22, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Perry Hall Family Worship Center.
The center will be collecting groceries and select household items to give away for free. Anyone in need is encouraged to take home a bag.
Perry Hall Family Worship Center has paid for every person attending to receive a free Kona Ice.
The Baltimore County Police Department will be also be on-site to support the community and attendees are encouraged to take pictures with them.
Balloon man Steve Gambrill, Sr. will be on-hand as well.
Perry Hall Family Worship Center will also have industrial dumpsters on site for those who wish to unload unwanted items.
Attendees will also be able to donate mobility equipment to Wheels for the World, a non-profit organization that provides mobility equipment to those in need.
Mitch Bricks, a non-profit organization, will also be collecting donations of gently-used furniture and bath towels to help families in need.
