Suspect in Rosedale fatal triple shooting identified, charged

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police have identified and charged a suspect in connection with a triple shooting in Overlea/Rosedale that left two people dead and injured a child.



Antowan S. Clark. 42. has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with Wednesday night’s shooting.

At just before 11 p.m. on Wednesday night, officers responded to 5500 block of Lanham Way (21206) for a report of a shooting.  At the scene, authorities found three people suffering from gunshot wounds.

All three victims were transported to the hospital.  Two of the victims later died as a result of their injuries.

The deceased victims have been identified as 42-year-old Nyatiaha Faltz and 19-year-old Grantley Herbert.  An 8-year-old also sustained a non-fatal injury.

Police have determined that an argument led to the shooting.

Clark is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no-bail status pending a bail review hearing.
