TOWSON, MD—Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski on Thursday held a memorial service to honor those county residents who died with COVID-19 over the past year.
Olszewski was joined by Health Officer Dr. Gregory Wm. Branch, County Council Chairman Julian Jones, and local faith leaders.
The memorial event commemorated the recent anniversary of Baltimore County’s first COVID-19 death and to honor the more than 1,300 county residents who have died with COVID-19.
The event was held at noon on Thursday at Patriot Plaza in Towson.
