NOTTINGHAM, MD—A pair of local stores sold big winning Maryland Lottery scratch-off tickets last week.
Lottery officials say that the Weis Market located at 7927 Belair Road in Nottingham (21236) sold a winning $10,000 Bankroll Buck$ ticket.
D&M Liquors, located at 1763-A Chesaco Avenue in Rosedale (21237), also got in on the fun, selling a winning $10,000 $ scratch-off ticket.
All told, Maryland Lottery players across the state won or claimed nearly $30.4 million in the seven days ending February 28, including 35 players who won or claimed prizes of $10,000 or more during the week.
Prizes up to and including $25,000 can be claimed at any of Maryland’s six casinos with no appointment necessary.
Scratch-off winners have 182 days from the announced end-of-game date, though there is a grace period for tickets that expire during the COVID-19 state of emergency.
Last claim dates for scratch-off tickets are published in the scratch-off section of mdlottery.com.
