WHITE MARSH, MD—A new residential development will soon be coming to White Marsh.
The 125-acre Villages at White Marsh will include single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and assisted living apartments.
Other proposed areas include a clubhouse, multi-purpose field, park, and walking trails that would connect to the county’s Recreational Greenway.
The 759-unit project will be located off of Bucks School House Road and Perry Hall Boulevard, behind the White Marsh police station, according to Randallstown-based Village Development Group.
The development has been in the works for about ten year. The project is expected to be completed later in 2021.
