Man robbed outside of Food Lion in Nottingham

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating after a man was robbed in Nottingham on Friday night.

At just after 10:15 p.m., officers responded to the Food Lion located in the 8600-block of Walther Boulevard (21236).



At the scene, the victim told police he was approached by two individuals as he exited the store.

The suspects knocked down the man and stole cash out of his wallet, then fled the area on foot.

K-9 and aviation units responded to the scene to help search the area.

No arrests have been made at this time. Police have not yet released a description of the suspects.
