Baltimore County to host small business webinar on executive orders

TOWSON, MD—Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski and County officials will host a free webinar on Tuesday, December 1 to help small business owners and managers navigate the current reality of operating businesses staying up-to-date with state and local executive orders.

The webinar will also educate attendees on additional resources such as loans and grants that are available.

Deciphering Current Executive Orders: How Does this Apply to My Business?” is the seventh session in the “Baltimore County Business Forum: COVID-19 and Beyond” webinar series.



“Baltimore County’s small businesses are the backbone of our local economy and we remain committed to supporting them, especially as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to upend our way of life,” said Olszewski. “Our business community has shown amazing resiliency and we will continue to do whatever we can to provide direct support and serve as a resource to help them navigate these unprecedented and changing circumstances.”

The webinar will be presented live via Cisco Webex on Tuesday, December 1, at 1 p.m., and webinar access information is posted on the County website at baltimorecountybusiness.com. Recorded video of the completed webinar will be posted there shortly afterward. People are invited to submit questions during the webinar via the live Webex questions feature, or in advance by emailing [email protected].
