NOTTINGHAM, MD—A soggy Sunday will likely become blustery later this afternoon.
A passing cold front is producing stormy weather in western Maryland and forecasters say it could produce windy conditions in the Baltimore area.
A Wind Advisory is in effect for the ridges of the Potomac Highlands as well as the northern and central Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains on Sunday afternoon and into Sunday night.
Elsewhere, there is the potential for scattered wind damage behind a strong cold front.
Gusts of 45 – 55 MPH are possible.
