GoFundMe page established to help get vintage Rosedale VFC engine running again

ROSEDALE, MD—The Rosedale Volunteer Fire Company is seeking assistance in getting a vintage engine back on the road.

A GoFundMe page has been created to help Rosedale VFC get their E 282, 1962 B-model MacK running again.  It is the longest-serving fire engine in Company history, serving from 1962 to 1993.

Organizers say they need help in getting some major mechanical work done on the engine.

All funds raised will go toward keeping “a little bit of Rosedale‘s history there for future generations.”

The GoFundMe page created by Andrew Vernon to benefit Rosedale VFC can be viewed here.
