NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are urging residents to lock their vehicles after a rash of automobile thefts were reported over the weekend.
The Baltimore County Police Department reports that, between 3 p.m. on Friday, September 18 and midnight on Sunday, September 20, eleven motor vehicles were reported stolen in Baltimore County.
Of that total, eight vehicles reportedly had keys accessible.
Authorities are reminding motorists to always lock their vehicles when parking, and to never leave a spare set of keys inside.
