WHITE MARSH, MD—Governor Larry Hogan last week announced that movie theaters could begin to open as part of entering Stage Three of the Maryland Strong: Roadmap to Recovery.
This week, AMC Theaters White Marsh will do just that.
The cinema located on THE AVENUE at White Marsh will reopen to the public on Thursday, September 10, 2020.
Under Stage Three, indoor theaters where live performances occur or motion pictures are shown may open to the general public at 50% capacity, or 100 people per auditorium—whichever is less.
“On your next theatre visit, you’ll notice that we’ve taken steps to reduce touch points and protect your safety, including simplified menus for shorter lines at concessions and reduced auditorium capacities for social distancing,” reads an announcement on the official AMC website.
