Councilman Marks: Repairs to be Made at Seven Oaks ball field

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Monday announced that repairs will be made to Diamond #2 at Seven Oaks Elementary School this fall.

Currently, part of the backstop is missing and other sections are rusty. New fabric will be installed and fencing will be raised in front of player benches. The project will be completed for about $15,000.

“I recently met with leaders from the Perry Hall Recreation Council, and they want us to renovate our playing grounds and facilities as much as possible,” said Councilman Marks.

“We would like to thank Councilman Marks for working to improve our facilities,” added Tim Bonner, president of the Perry Hall Recreation Council.

During Councilman Marks’ tenure, eight new parks have completed throughout the Fifth District.

Four are located in Perry Hall.
