TOWSON, MD—Baltimore County Public Schools has announced that its summer meals program will distribute its last meals for the summer on Thursday, Aug. 27.
On Thursday, the program will provide breakfast and lunch meals for both Thursday and Friday.
Ending the summer meals program on Aug. 27 will allow for time for the BCPS Office of Food and Nutrition Services to offer in-service training, prepare its kitchens, and receive additional supplies to implement the new fall meals program. Information about the fall meals program will be forthcoming.
During this transitional period, Baltimore County government will continue to offer food resources, as well as other resources related to the COVID-19 pandemic, to all county residents. More information can be accessed online and by calling the COVID Hotline at 410-887-3816.
