Robbery reported in Nottingham during purchase arranged online, robbery reported at Route 40 motel

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past week.

At just after 2 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, a known individual forced his way into a home in the 9000-block of Quail Run Drive in Perry Hall (21128) when the female occupant opened the front door.  The suspect then assaulted the victim, stole an electronic device, and then walked out of the front door.  Officers arrived on the scene and the suspect was arrested.



At just before 10:15 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, the victims went to meet the subjects in the 8200-block of Perry Hall Boulevard in White Marsh/Nottingham (21236) to purchase a four-wheeler that they had seen for sale online. Upon arrival, the victims were confronted by two suspects who implied handguns. The suspects stole cash, a credit card, a personal identity item, and a wallet from the victims and fled the scene in a vehicle.

At just before 5:45 a.m. on Friday, August 7, the victim was robbed and assaulted by two unknown suspects who entered the victim’s room at the El Rich Motel, located in the 8200-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237).
