PERRY HALL, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Wednesday announced that the county will install new signalized crosswalks in Perry Hall.
The new crosswalks will be located on the western and southern sides of the intersection at Honeygo Boulevard and Joppa Road in Perry Hall.
The county is exploring costs, with a projected date of completion this winter.
“This intersection is heavily-used by many pedestrians and bikers, and I am glad we were able to get a crosswalk approved,” said Councilman Marks. “The intersection includes a park, a church, and a commercial area, and along with the new sidewalk on Joppa Road, this improvement should improve safety and mobility in the area.”
