NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past week.
Sometime between midnight and 5 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, an individual cut the kitchen window screen to a home in the 3600-block of Branchcourt Road in Carney (21234). The suspect then reached through the open window and stole medication from the interior window ledge.
At just after 3 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, an individual implied that he had a gun and robbed the Royal Farms store located in the 7900-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). The suspect stole and undisclosed amount of cash, then fled the scene.
At 7:30 a.m. on Friday, June 12, two individuals met at Gunpowder Elementary School, located in the 9500-block of Holiday Manor Road (21236), to buy and sell shoes through an online resale app. An armed suspect then appeared from behind the school and stole cash and property from both of the victims.
At just after 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, two individuals forced their way, at gunpoint, into an apartment in the 1000-block of Halstead Road in Hillendale (21234). Once inside, the suspects assaulted the victims, stole various electronics, and then fled the scene.
