NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several burglaries that were reported over the weekend.
Sometime between 2:15 and 4:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, two individuals entered the Popeyes in the 8600-block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237) through the drive-thru window and then damaged the registers and the safe looking for money. The suspects then stole four tablets and a bag of chicken tenders before fleeing the scene.
At 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, an individual entered an unlocked shed in the 2300-block of Phillips Drive in Essex (21221) and stole a dirt bike and an ATV.
Sometime between 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 6 and 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, an individual cut the metal latch surrounding a padlock to a shed in the 4000-block of Pinedale Drive in Perry Hall/Nottingham (21236). The suspect stole two dirt bikes, then fled the scene.
At 10:15 p.m. on Sunday, an individual entered a residence in the unit block of Aven Way in Dunfield (21236) via an unlocked rear sliding door. The suspect rummaged through the victim’s property, but it is unknown if any property was stolen.
