Girl Scouts deliver cookies to police officers at White Marsh Precinct

WHITE MARSH, MD—Some local police officers received a very special delivery this week.

On Thursday, the Baltimore County Police Department’s White Marsh Precinct received a deliciously-sized donation of cookies from Junior Girl Scout Troop 982, along with a heartfelt message from the girls:

On behalf of Junior Troop 982 of St. Joseph Church Fullerton, a division of Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, a generous cookie donation was made to Baltimore County Police Department Precinct 9 – White Marsh. A special thanks to Baltimore’s finest for all that they do each and every day but especially during these unprecedented times of COVID-19. We appreciate the officers that faithfully serve our communities.

Captain Joseph Conger, the commander of the White Marsh Precinct, expressed his gratitude to the Girl Scouts for their appreciation of all that police officers do every day – and for the delicious cookies!
