PERRY HALL, MD—A great honor has been bestowed upon a deserving Perry Hall High School student.
Each year, the Perry Hall Improvement Association selects one Perry Hall High School student to receive the Dorothy S. McMann Scholarship.
The student selected must not only have excelled in school, but they must also have made a strong impact in the Perry Hall community by volunteering.
“This year we’ve proudly selected Mackenzie Click,” PHIA officials announced on Saturday. “Mackenzie has made a difference in the lives of many Perry Hall residents as a mentor for Best Buddies and Athletes Serving Athletes, coaching youth lacrosse, tutoring students in the AVID program, along with working an unpaid internship at Active Life Physical Therapy. Congratulations to Mackenzie and her family!”
