Fullerton restaurant burglarized; man assaulted, thrown into pond during Essex robbery

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported this week.

At 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, an individual punched a man several times and threw him into a nearby pond in the 1400-block of Fuselage Avenue in Middle River (21220). The suspect then stole the victim’s phone and tee shirt. The suspect was later arrested.



Sometime between 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, and 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, an individual threw a cinder block through a window at Midori Japanese Kitchen in the 7400-block of Belair Road (21236).  The suspect then stole a cash register and fled.

Sometime between 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, and 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, an individual threw a large rock through the display window of J & G Trains Toys & Collectibles, located in the 4400-block of Kenwood Avenue (21206). A model home was removed from a display and placed on the sidewalk in front of the location.
