Man robbed at gunpoint in Parkville, Rosedale storage facility burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a pair of local crimes that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, and 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, individual stool tools and a lock from the a backyard shed in the 2900-block of Chenoak Avenue in Parkville (21234).



Sometime between 5 p.m. on Friday, May 15, and 11 a.m. on Monday, May 18, an individual broke into the Extra Space Storage facility located in the 6100-block of Rossville Boulevard in Rosedale (21237) via a broken front gate.

Once inside, the suspect cut the locks off of nine storage units. It is unknown as to exactly what items may have been stolen.

At just after 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, a man was riding his bicycle in an alley in the 7400-block of Forrest Avenue in Parkville (21234) when he was approached by two individuals.

The suspects pointed a gun at him and demanded his property. The suspects then fled the scene.
