NOTTINGHAM, MD—In celebration of educators, THE AVENUE at White Marsh and Red Brick Station announced on Monday that they will be delivering family-style dinners to each of the five finalists announced for Baltimore County Public School 2020 Teacher of the Year.
This initiative is in partnership with The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools, Inc. and their Caravan of Gratitude initiative.
Community business partners are provided the opportunity to participate in the Caravan of Gratitude which recognizes and celebrates Baltimore County Public Schools Teacher of the Year recipients.
“While we believe that all teachers are deserving of our thanks and praise, each and every day, this is one small way for us recognize the hard work and dedication being demonstrated in our county’s school system,”said Lisa Geiger, Senior Marketing Manager for THE AVENUE at White Marsh.
One finalist will be named 2020-21 BCPS Teacher of the Year and will be Baltimore County’s Maryland Teacher of the Year representative.
Once school resumes, this teacher will be treated to a classroom pizza party courtesy of THE AVENUE at White Marsh and SLICE on THE AVENUE.
