Shots fired in Carney, Perry Hall shed burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating three local crimes that were reported over the past week.

At 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, a man got into a physical altercation with another group of individuals in the 3600 block of E. Joppa Road in Carney (21234).  One of the suspects was armed and fired a shot. No one was hit or injured, according to police.



Sometime between 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, and 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 1, an individual opened an unlocked door to access a detached shed  in the 9300-block of Snyder Lane in Perry Hall (21228).  The suspect stole an ATV and then fled the scene.

Sometime between 4 a.m. Friday, May 1, and 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, three individual  broke into Mud Pit Motorsports, located in the 500-block of Orems Road in Essex (21221).  The suspects stole five dirt bikes and a computer, then fled.
