NOTTINGHAM, MD—One local restaurant has gone the extra mile to help those on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic.
Looney’s Pub Perry Hall prepared 100 meals for healthcare workers at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center over the weekend.
The effort was coordinated by Round Table Relief, an organization that “was created to support Maryland’s frontline heroes and restaurants during this National crisis,” according to their website.
Volunteer Lauren Rosenthal picked up the meals and delivered them to the hospital.
