Grape & Grain donates to COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund, Lib’s Grill to serve 150 free meals this week

NOTTINGHAM, MD—As the coronavirus pandemic continues to take its toll on the local economy, two Baltimore County businesses are giving back.

Grape & Grain Wine & Spirits, located at 4299 Ebenezer Road in Nottingham/Perry Hall (21236) has been donating to the Baltimore County COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund.

“Being one of the only businesses allowed to be open, we wanted to give back somehow,” the liquor store said in a Facebook post. The shop donated $650 on April 13 and another $1,300 on April 22.

“Thanks to our amazing customers we are able to give back, and we couldn’t be happier,” the company added.

Lib’s Grill of Perry Hall, meanwhile, will be working with Tito’s Handmade Vodka to serve 150 free meals this Thursday, April 30.

The arrangement is part of the Tito’s Food for Friends campaign.

“We know its been a tough couple of weeks, so we’re doing what we can to help your community, and get a nice, hot (or not) meal on the table for you and your family,” says the Tito’s Food for Friends website.

The company is offering free meals from five different restaurants, with Lib’s Grill, located at 5009 Honeygo Center Drive (21128), being the featured Baltimore County establishment.
