Second Baltimore County resident dies from coronavirus

BALTIMORE, MD—A second Baltimore County resident has died from coronavirus, health officials announced on Wednesday evening.

The Maryland Department of Health announced that 13 additional Maryland residents died from COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.

The additional victims were:



  • A Montgomery County man in his 70s
  • An Anne Arundel County woman over 80 years of age
  • An Anne Arundel County man in his 70s
  • A Montgomery County man in his 70s
  • A Prince George’s County man in his 60s
  • A Frederick County man in his 70s
  • A Montgomery County man over 80 years of age
  • A Calvert County man in his 50s
  • A Carroll County man in his 70s
  • A Carroll County man in his 70s
  • A Carroll County woman in her 60s
  • A Frederick County woman over 80 years of age
  • A Baltimore County man in his 60s

Maryland has now recorded 31 COVID-19 deaths, 17,233 negative tests, and 69 patients have been released.
