NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past week.
At just after 8:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, three individuals grabbed a man in the 8500-block of Heathrow Court in Perry Hall/Nottingham (21236). The man was then assaulted by one of the suspects and forced to unlock his phone and send money electronically to an unknown account. The suspects then fled with the victim’s phone which was later recovered.
At 2:30 p.m.on Sunday, March 22, two armed individuals stole a juvenile’s dirt bike in the area of Batavia Farm Road and Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237).
At just after 3:15 a.m. on Monday, March 23, an individual fired shots into an occupied vehicle during a physical altercation on Van Dyke Road in Overlea (21206). The suspects then fled the scene. There were no injuries.
