TOWSON, MD—In an effort to minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus, Baltimore County officials are asking residents to tightly bag their trash.
Officials say this will aid in trash removal and keep trash collectors from brushing up against any discarded items that may have come into contact with COVID-19.
Residents are asked not to place open or broken bags or loose trash in their cans.
Additional information can be found at the Bureau of Solid Waste Management.
