Harford County Executive Glassman declares state of emergency due to COVID-19 pandemic

HARFORD COUNTY, MD—County Executive Barry Glassman on Tuesday declared a state of emergency in Harford County due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

County Executive Glassman issued the declaration to provide flexibility in maintaining county government functions during the public health crisis.
