Attempted robbery reported at Subway, Parkville home burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Authorities are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past week.

Between 8 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Friday, February 28, an individual entered a home in the unit block of Fitzgerald Court in Parkville (21234) via an unlocked, second floor, balcony glass sliding door. The suspect stole various items before leaving.



At 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 1, an individual opened and entered the crawlspace beneath a residence in the 4300-block of Ridge Road in Nottingham (21236). The suspect threw various items around the yard.

Between 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, and 3:15 p.m. on Monday, March 2, an individual destroyed several items in a shed in the 4200-block of Plumer Avenue in Nottingham (21236). An axe was stolen from the property but nothing was stolen from the shed.

At around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, two individuals entered the Subway restaurant located in the 1300-block of Taylor Avenue (21234) and headed to the registers. One suspect attempted to assault the victim, but the victim fought back by displaying a wrench. The suspects then fled the scene.
