BALTIMORE, MD—Motorists traveling southeast from the Nottingham area should be aware of a major closure.
I-695 has been shut down at the Key Bridge due to a serious crash.
The accident was reported at about 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning.
Initial reports indicate that a disabled vehicle was struck and that one person may have been thrown into the waters below. Marine units have been alerted.
I-695 has been shut down and a water rescue is underway.
Motorists should avoid the area.
