UPDATE 5: The suspect who was shot and killed has been identified as 33-year-old Michael Marullo, a former Maryland corrections officer who worked in Baltimore. He reportedly had a warrant outstanding for attempted murder.
UPDATE 4: At just after noon, a U.S. Marshal was requesting backup from police, reporting that shots had been fired. According to a police statement, officers working as part of a Joint Task Force were attempting to serve a felony arrest warrant in the 5900-block of Radecke Avenue. Shots were fired when officers confronted the suspect. Two members of the task force were struck by gunfire, including a Baltimore City Police Officer and a Baltimore County Police Officer. They are both being treated for injuries at a local hospital. According to police, the suspect was shot and pronounced dead at the scene. Multiple agencies are assisting in the investigation, including the U.S. Marshals and the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives).

UPDATE 2: Two officers with a fugitive task force were injured in the shooting. The suspect was also shot and has died. The shooting location has been identified as the 5900-block of Radecke Avenue. The officers were working on an attempted murder warrant, according to officials at the scene. One officer is a Baltimore County detective. The other is a detective in Baltimore City.
UPDATE: Initial reports indicate that the suspect may have been shot as well.

CEDONIA, MD—Authorities are on the scene of a Wednesday afternoon shooting involving federal agents in northeast Baltimore.
At around noon, two U.S. Marshals were reportedly shot in the area of Cedonia Avenue at Radecke Avenue (21206).
No suspect information is available at this time.
Both injured officers have been transported to Shock Trauma.
Their condition is unknown at this time.
Expect road closures and delays. Motorists should avoid the area.
