Shots fired during Parkville robbery attempt

UPDATE 4: The Baltimore Police Department confirmed to NottinghamMD.com on Wednesday that officers were called to the 7600-block of Harford Road for a report of an armed robbery.  The victim stated that the suspect fired one shot before fleeing the scene.  The victim was not shot and no arrests have yet been made.

UPDATE 3: Officer Jennifer Peach told NottinghamMD.com on Wednesday morning that the Baltimore County Police Department initially responded to the 7600-block of Harford Road (21234) for a report of shots fired.  The case was then turned over the Baltimore (City) Police Department.  BPD has not yet responded to a request for additional information.



UPDATE 2: The person who was robbed was reportedly at an ATM.

UPDATE: It is unclear whether anyone was shot. The initial call was for a “person who had been shot.”

PARKVILLE, MD—Police are investigating a report of shots fired on Tuesday evening in Parkville.

Reports indicate that shots were fired following a robbery attempt at around 7:30 p.m. in the 7600-block of Harford Road (21234).

Police are searching for the suspect in the area of Harford Road and Hillcrest Avenue.

No suspect information is available at this time.
