Carjacking reported near Overlea High School, Kingsville construction site burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating two local crimes that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, and 8 a.m. on Friday, January 31, an individual broke into a construction site in the 10700-block of Raphel Road in Kingsville (21087). The suspect then removed a lock from a utility trailer and stole tools from inside before fleeing the scene.



At just after 6:15 a.m. on Sunday, February 2, a woman was outside of her residence in the 4700-block of Meise Avenue (21206) when an individual approached her, brandished a gun, and stole her keys.  The suspect then fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.
