Valve repair in Middle River leaves residents without water

MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Some Middle River residents are without water on this Christmas Eve.

At 2 p.m., the Department of Public Works said that about 100 residents were without service in the vicinity of Compass Road at Lannerton Road.

Crews are repairing a malfunctioning water valve at the intersection, which led to the disruption.

There has been no ETA on when service would be restored.
