TOWSON, MD—Maryland 529 –formerly the College Savings Plans of Maryland – has scheduled Parent Information Night sessions this winter and next spring at seven of Baltimore County’s middle schools.
The meetings are open to all Baltimore County parents who are interested in learning more about the plans.

Maryland 529 offers two 529 plans to help families save for future education and reduce future debt.
The Maryland Prepaid College Trust allows participants to lock in tomorrow’s tuition at today’s prices and offers the security of a Maryland Legislative Guarantee.
The Maryland College Investment Plan offers a variety of different investment portfolios managed by T. Rowe Price. Both plans also offer state and federal tax benefits.
The Parent Information Nights offer information and application materials and are open to anyone interested in saving for a future education.
