Stabbing investigated in Essex, Middle River Papa John’s robbed

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several crimes that were reported in eastern Baltimore County over the past week.

At just before 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, an individual stabbed the victim in the upper left part of their back in the unit block of Back River Neck Road in Essex (21221).



At 8:45 p.m. on Sunday, December 1, an individual pointed a gun at the victim in the 700-block of Maryland Avenue in Essex (21221) and demanded their property. The suspect then fled the scene on foot with the victim’s belongings.

At just before 10 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, an armed individual robbed the Papa John’s store located in the 100-block of Beacon Road in Middle River (21220).  The suspect then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
