A.C. Moore to close store located on The Avenue

NOTTINGHAM, MD—A popular craft store will be closing up shop in White Marsh.

A.C. Moore confirmed to NottinghamMD.com that it would be closing its location on The Avenue in White Marsh in the coming months.

The store will begin liquidation on Tuesday, December 3, with savings of 25-80 percent off all merchandise.

Here is the company’s official statement to NottinghamMD.com:

“We are sad to be leaving the White Marsh community, however the store will continue to serve customers through mid-February, stock permitting.

“While decisions that impact our team members are never easy, store closures are a necessary step to help strengthen our business and allow us to focus our efforts on ways to better serve our customers. We hope to continue to provide the White Marsh community with their favorite products from A.C. Moore via our e-commerce website, which currently features more than 15,000 items for sale.

“Meanwhile, our valued customers can still take advantage of the great deals happening at the White Marsh store, including our upcoming 10-Hour Black Friday Doorbuster sale, which begins at 6pm on Thanksgiving night.

“We are sad to be leaving, but hope to continue to provide excellent service to the community through these final weeks. Customers can continue to shop at our nearby locations in Bel Air (5 Bel Air S. Pkwy) and Glen Burnie (6625 Governor Ritchie Hwy).”
