ROSEDALE, MD—A Rosedale church was evacuated on Thursday evening.
At just before 5:30 p.m., the Baltimore County Fire Department reported that units responded to the 8200-block of Philadelphia Road (21237) to investigate a burning odor.
The church was evacuated along with a children’s daycare at the location.
The source of the odor was determined to be a malfunctioning heating unit.
There is no remaining hazard and there were no injuries.
