BALTIMORE, MD—November 13 got off to a chilly start in the Baltimore area.
The National Weather Service says that a record low temperature of 19°F was set at Dulles Airport, breaking the old record of 21°F set in 1963.
Additionally, BWI Airport tied the record low of 22°F set in 1911.
The cold snap should moderate a bit by Friday as high temperatures are forecast to be in the mid-50s.
