Man robbed in Parkville, Overlea Motors burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several robberies and burglaries that were reported over the past week.

At just before 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, three individuals approached a man in the 8400-block of Greenway Road in Parkville (21234), assaulted him, knocked him to the ground, and then stole his property.

Sometime between 6:30 p.m. Saturday, November 2, and 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, an individual broke into a residence on Mercury Court in Parkville (21234) then stole several items.



Sometime between 8 a.m. on Saturday and 4 p.m. on Wednesday, an individual broke into a shed in the 3500-block of Putty Hill Avenue in Parkville (21234) by cutting the padlock and stealing the lock to gain access. Two edging tools and three leaf blowers were stolen.

Sometime between 3:45 and 10 a.m. on Wednesday, two individuals smashed a window at Overlea Motors, located in the 7000-block of Belair Road (21206), and stole a first aid kit and a jump box.

At 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, two individuals approached a juvenile in the 8600-block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237),  The suspects displayed a handgun and demanded the victim’s property, then they fled on foot.
