Police investigating robbery, 2 burglaries

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a robbery and a pair of burglaries that were recently reported.

Around 6 p.m. on Monday, September 23, a man threatened another man with physical harm in the 6900-block of Loch Raven Boulevard.  The suspect then stole the victim’s phone.



Sometime between 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, and 5 a.m. on Monday, October 7, an individual stole multiple items from a residence in the unit block of Aspinwood Way in Rosedale (21237). Police believe the suspect may have entered through the front sliding glass door.

At just after 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 6, a man saw a known suspect enter his residence in the 5100-block of Terrace Drive in Overlea/Nottingham (21236) via an unlocked door. The suspect stole the victim’s cigarettes, cigars, and a lighter. When confronted by the victim, the suspect fled but was located and arrested.
