NOTTINGHAM, MD—The calendar says October but Wednesday will feel more like July in the Baltimore area.

The National Weather Service says record setting heat is possible today with with the all-time October record high temperatures in jeopardy.

Temperatures this afternoon will run 20-25 degrees above normal.
