NOTTINGHAM, MD – Police are investigating several burglaries that were reported over the past week.
At just after 3:30 a.m., an individual broke into Capitol Floor Preparations Inc. warehouse, located in the 7400-block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237), by forcing his way through an overhead door. The suspect rummaged through drawers and cupboards. It is uncertain what items were removed from the warehouse at this time.
Sometime between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday, August 18, an individual broke into a residence on Ripplebrook Court in Parkville (21234) via a kitchen window. Once inside, the suspect stole a game system, a game controller, and a game.
At around noon on Sunday, two individual broke into a home in the 8700-block of Lackawanna Avenue in Parkville (21234) via a basement window. The suspects stole items from the home then fled the scene.
At 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, August 20, an individual shattered a window to a residence in the 5100-block of Overdale Avenue (21206) in order to gain entry. Once inside, the suspect stole a television and miscellaneous items. Officers canvassed the area and apprehended the suspect.
