NOTTINGHAM, MD – The National Weather Service has issued an Areal Flood Warning for portions of Baltimore County.
The warning will be in effect until 4:45 p.m. on Sunday.
At 1:45 p.m. Doppler radar indicated nearly stationary thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding.
Over one inch of rain had fallen since 1 p.m. and heavy rain persists.
Some locations that may experience flooding include Parkville, Carney, Rosedale, Overlea-Fullerton, and Loch Raven Village.
This includes flood prone locations near Herring Run.
