Shots fired near Parkville, robbery suspects arrested

PARKVILLE, MD – Police are investigating several Parkville-area crimes that were reported over the weekend.

At noon on Saturday, June 27, a juvenile entered an apartment in the 8000-block of Hillendale Road (21234) without permission from the resident. The suspect stole a cell phone and cell phone charger and was later arrested.



At around 11:15 p.m. on Satruday, two juveniles attempted to rob someone near the intersection of Hillsway Avenue at Taylor Avenue (21234). The victim was able to break free and call the police. The two suspects were arrested.

Sometime between 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, and 4 a.m. on Sunday, July 28, an individual fired several shots into a second story window in the area of Black Oak Road at White Oak Avenue (21234). The victim’s vehicle that was parked out front was also struck several times by projectiles. No one was injured in the incident.
