Stabbing reported in Middle River, Nottingham office burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD – Police are investigating a series of crimes that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, an individual broke into two sheds in the 8200-block of Old Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237) and then gained access to the home.  Property belonging to one of the victim’s was stolen.



Sometime between midnight on Tuesday, July 9, and 10 a.m. on Friday, July 12, an individual broke into Maryland Premier Tag and Title, located in the 7700-block of Belair Road in Nottingham (21236), and stole cash from a money bag.

At just before 10:30 p.m. on Friday, July 12, a fight between neighbors escalated in the 1000-block of Crane Lane in Middle River (21220) and one victim was stabbed, causing non life-threatening injuries. The suspect was located a short distance away and arrested.

Sometime between 12:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, an individual broke into an apartment on Shawnee Court in Carney (21234) via a living room window. Once inside, the suspect stole electronic equipment, a game system, a video game, and a sound bar.
